Well, maybe the pollution part. They're a big chemical company...

But they wouldn't be part of the 4/3 SLOP, because they're just a
component supplier to Oly. They were just "handy" when Oly needed
someone to make a "joint" announcement with, when Oly started the
4/3 system.
