New Canon 30D 10MP 1.3x

Well, not yet announced, but here is something interesting...

1.- Go to http://www.canon-europe.com/Search/index.asp

2.- Search for "5d" and it will show you a lot of results, as expected...

3.- Now try with "35d" and you will get... 0 results... as expected...

"No documents matched your query, please refine your search"

4.- Well, let's try then with "30d"...

"Documents 1 to 1 of 1 matching the query"

Huh? 1 document??? Of course the search didn't return any text or link, but it seems there is an entry or page somewhere in the server... Hidden?

Want to see more?

1.- Search exactly for "30d AND 8 Mpx" (without the quotes), and you get... no results...

2.- Search for "30d AND 10 Mpx" and... you gessed it... 1 document found...

3.- (Optional) Change the number of pixels and you'll see how you only get results using 10...

Oh, yes, there is more...

1.- Search for "30D AND factor 1,6" (again without quotes) and, yes, no documents found...

2.- Search for "30D AND factor 1,3" and you know...

Well, try it for yourself before they remove the results (as soon as they get a lot of traffic there)...

How about search for "factor 1,3" or "factor 1,6" alone and see what you get?

How about search for "factor 1,3" or "factor 1,6" alone and see
what you get?

Thanks for the link. I played the game and was believing until I tried F.p.s: between 3-9 f.p.s. "no match" but 10 f.p.s. and higher there was the 1 document found. ???

Well, the answer is obvious then. The 30D will be the first DSLR with interchangeable chips. ;-)
