Jim,

I finally got around to using your info on downloading using the HP Photosmart printer. It worked like a dream. I didn't even have to push the blue "Save" button twice - once did it.

Thanks again for the info and keep posting your pics - I love them. Haven't had the guts to post any of mine yet.

Freeda,

Glad I could be of help and thanks for the encouragement on my pics. And don't be chicken to post some of yours...we'll be nice! I promise!

Well, I'll give it a shot - Early AM in the Canadian Rockies,
through the bus window. Straight out of the camera.

Beautiful shot. I almost went on a tour up that way this fall, but
decided to tour the UK and Ireland in the spring instead.
I'm not sure. I went on one of those whirlwind tours where you see everything and nothing. We did get to Herriott country. Is that where you live? I loved it and the Lake District. However, I will probably have to go on a tour because I don't think I can handle driving on the left side of the road. I think the roundabouts would do me in. grin One tour covers the south of the country that looks sort of interesting.

No, Herriott Country is in the north of Yorkshire - a long way away by our standards!! It's about he same distance to the Lake District, which can be very "touristy" unless you get away from the main roads.

Thanks Max and Juli - you make me feel like a real "Forum Member" now. This shot taken with the 3030 - Shortly after this trip and as a result of missing s few good shots, I also bought the 2100. I feel like I have a great combo now!

Freeda this is a beautiful picture. You should be very proud to show it off!

Suzn :-)

Oh, but the scenery was so beutiful. I'll take that kind of touristy anyday. Your country is lovely.
