Hi Everybody.

I was inspired by the theme and my new camera and thus have entered the competition, I am a friend of Flick and she has encouraging me to be more pro-active in my photography. I have been on the Kodak challenges previously but this is the first time I have entered an olympus challenge,

I'm very happy you entered the challenge! It is really all in fun and a chance to challenge ourselves to try new things, be creative and of course learn from others creativity. It's a great way to get help, and ideas and make your mind stay busy. :o) Mine needs it or it will rust. LOL

Now I have to go have a peek! I'm afraid Flick gave me her cold, I don't know how she managed to send it over the internet! LOL I feel like the dickens today that is for sure! Flick told me about an herb she took for a cold I think if it doesnt interfere with my heart meds I will try it out.

I had to learn some new stuff in Photoshop to make this one postable. Something most of you would fix in 2 seconds probably LOL

Now, please forgive me but I need to go take a nap this old cold is kicking me hard today...cant stop sneezing and now i dread if it goes to the chest. I hope not! I am enjoying all the photos entered so far.

I don't know if the rest of you have been following the shots that are going up to this challenge but something seems to have hit a special chord to people as they post their picts.

Oh I am following along and really enjoying everyones entries. I try to take a look every few hours.

I'm not leaving comments yet but I will soon. Mostly because I've been sicker then a dog today. But the good news is, I am hoping I will break this junk and feel better soon. I want to thank everyone for helping to keep the thread up close to page one.

Hurray! I feel alive again today! I've really been sick but yesterday I dont think I got out of bed more then 30 minutes at a time. Today I do feel much better YEAH! I know the entries are just awesome!

And we still have 1 week (1 weekend encluded) to really express how a song looks. Its not as easy as it sounds is it! :o)

then I went back to bed again! I haven't spent this much time in bed since I was 1 week old LOL It was tough today because the sun was shinning and I have work to do! (photos) and I didn't have the energy to get outside to do anything. Awww but I will feel better yet tomorrow, that I'm sure of. I have what i want to do in my head, its just getting out there and getting the pictures taken now. :o)

I very seldom get viruses, go years between. However, I had one over xmas then one over new year. It's been a month and I'm still coughing, still feel light headed and giddy if I do too much. Take it easy and don't push your body. Let the work wait.

at your new entries. I have to say i was rather fond of the one you took out! I havent had time to really look the new ones over good, the 3rd one is interesting though. I think I feel good enough to go out searching for my next songphoto. I have a list but time is running out!! I think I will do the song Squirrels, it is a parody of a Beasty Boys song called Girls. It was Gertie's favorite song...she would just brighten up and i would make her dance on my finger to the Squirrels song. :o)) it is a funny song.
