So this is my second official week shooting with the 18-200mm VR and first with 50mm. I have the D50 as my body.

Any feedback is appreciated :) I am shooting RAW now as opposed to JPEG earlier last week.

Nice series of shots, showing a lot of different lens versatility. I especiallly like the 2 motion shots (people walking, car), and of course, my favorite NYC building, Chrysler, shrouded mysteriously in the fog. Then again, that architectural shot of the glass building is very nice, and the pine cone, and....

I don't think I can say anything especially critical. I thought the photos are nice and sharp, well done, and show a nice variety of images. This says more about the photographer than the lens, which is as it should be - the lens is just a tool to get the photos!

I wish I was in NYC more, I've been intrigued with the photos of the Chrysler Building I've been seeing here! ;)

The first photo looks like it was taken in Grand Central (and I think a couple of the outdoor shots were outside it, right?). Where was the building with the interesting glass work?

Thanks Bob.

Well, the building with the interesting glass is the Capital Grille restaurant.

You're right the first photo is from Grand Central.

I find that there are so many photo ops in New York, it's crazy! I just started :)
