Thank you Rick,

They are a challenge. There very shy and the strong contrast between there feathers and beak are an exposure challenge. Fill flash makes the exposure easier, yet you still need to nail it. I find it best to sit in a place I expect they will go and let them come to me.

At this moment, there have been 30 posts on this thread, 15 of which belong to you Morris. A bit excessive, and I begin to side with those who holler 'abuse' when it happens.

How about a mere wait until the thread begins to falter, then give a collective thanks to everyone? Instead, I think the constant 'thank you's' are self agrandizement. Frankly, it begins to cast a pall on some of your work which I've felt is of merit.
