Faulty Mr. Flash 128mb CF

I just received a new 128Mb Mr. Flash CF card from NewEgg.com ($47), but it seems that their is something wrong with it. After a take a photo and try to zoom in on it, the image breaks up into multicolored garbage blocks/characters. When I try to format the card in the camera I also get a 'card error' message. I take it this means the CF card is faulty. :-( Does anyone have any experience in getting NewEgg.com to replace faulty CF cards? How long does this normally take?

I had Mr. Flash long time ago - didn't have any trouble with it - apart from being very slow and sold it - could not stand waiting for another shot, it was too frustrating to miss an important shots of my Mr Cat and Cloe the dog playing.

Would never consider it again for any price.

I have two Mr Falsh cards. The 128 works fine. The 256 had to be sent back. I am waiting for a replacement. I bought a 512 Ridata. That works great. I would never buy another mr falsh again!
