Here is a testimony to the Bushhawk. Handheld using the Bushhawk. I was standing up, not propped on anything but my hands.

Canon EOS 1D Mark II N + 400/5.6
1/60s f/5.6 at 400.0mm iso500

There is a very fine line between 'hobby' and 'mental illness'.

nice shot, can't keep my hands that still, the weight of my bigma
helps but I can't get that sharp shot yet but am still trying
Thanks Chuck, this Bushhawk really help you steady yourself. It is very similar to shooting a rifle.

Please do not start new thread for private message to me but send them to me via email instead! thanks.

Lets lose the camera issue here. Aside from the many other things I have learned from Jody's posts, the bushwacker would be useful with any of our DSLRs. To let other possible items of use or good information go just because he is using a different camera would be insane. Jody started here and has a long standing history with this board. My two cents.

Maybe.

It would certainly be of interest on the Canon SLR Lens Talk forum, it would be of interest on the Canon EOS-1D/1Ds/5D forum, and there is nothing preventing users of this forum visiting those forums, Why pose it on this forum?

I like to see nice photos whatever the cam, but Zoo Dad's 1Ds pics belong

on the other forums. I like to see what 300D and XT USERS are posting here, thats all. Posting 1Ds pics here is kinda overkill here sometimes. (the beaver looks like fat wet rat anyway ;-) )

After all this... Did a search... (First time using the forum search. Didn't know it was there.) Nice little gadget. Just type in "Bushhawk" and follow the link in Jody's previous post.

that it was a 1Ds image but still I got to learn about some equipment that I did not know about, may not use but will probably spend for anyway ;-)
