Such a rare sight in this garden seeing these short billed corellas.......arrived right on dusk......straight after the kookaburra:), these shots are the closest i have been to these in a very long time.

Yes Pam they were very wild and timid......was so scared that the flash would scare them away but didnt happen thankfully:)

Again, just outstanding Jen. And I love the kookabura too. That's just the cutest little bird. Can't imagine living with all these lovely creatures so close at hand! Lucky you.

Very good as usual. They look like a very proud group. What type of feed is in their diet. Typical bird seed or do you give them some grapes too!

Lol just a plate of seed:) they were bribed very easily......would be great if they bought their mates back......they are very easily scared off by other birds:)

Hi Ken just had the wild bird seed mix out for them........am hoping that they come back:) no grapes........unfortunately......not ripe on the vine yet

Only a few days ago Jen you said you only get these guys arriving one at a time.....here you have a beautiful pair, word does get around. Great shots as always.
