The End Of Nikon

.... it is now a company that organises the sourcing of electronics from Sanyo and sensors from Sony. It doesn't even manufacture its own glass.

Why can't you trolls go away? The fact that you seem to be a mindless Canon troll doesn't make it any better. All you do with this stupid chevy vs. ford type of thread is attract the Nikon crazies over here to flood the Canon forum with their equally mindless drivel.

Phil needs to start banning folks who start this kind of thread.

I've been reading the various messages in both forums, fired up by the launch of two excellent products - the 5D and the D200. I think this is great for us, the consumer. What I fail to understand is why males feel this need to compare their d* k's. Haven't we evolved in the past two million years?

... that there was a hint of satire in this post. Does it seem a bit too articulate for such preposterous ideas?

Don't know why, but the phrase "wind-up" keeps coming to mind....

This is the sad state of what used to be our passion, Photography used to be an artform for expressing and sharing our feelings, emotions and observations. Today it has become, "I've got the latest and greatest, who cares if I don't know how to use it". Who cares if I never create an image or take a photograph that will some how impact the viewer. All I need is a lot of MPs and FF and I am happy.

Just get over it and get into why you wanted a camera in the first place. I could continue to make my living with what ever camera brand I choose and I promise you none of my clients will ever ask me whether I use Canon or Nikon.

I'm sure the guys and Canon keep updating because of their love for customers like you. They know every thing you buy is disposable. Next year what ever you buy this year will be updated and you will again have to have the "Latest and Greatest".

This isn't lame or childish...it's amusing.

Where's your sense of humor?

What's wrong in your life
that a little good-natured
fun-poking angers you so?
