I don't know that we haven't. I bought one last summer, a 48 meg card for about $100. It works just fine.
Perhaps Kodak is concentrating on being a camera company and isn't pushing the CF cards so much.

I believe they are OEM made for Kodak by Sandisk. So you're safe.
