It's obvious neither of you two are living at the foot of the
cross, since the SOG (son of God) fabricates his own wafers and
produces one off prototypes almost weekly (by earth time standards).
Right now he's using a Jericho 9000 (pre-release), 1.72 Gigapixel,
with 4 terrabyte bio-storage card included. Optical zoom range is
100-800 (in 35mm terms) since the SOG's residence is quite a
distance from the nearest galaxy. He also has a 10x tele lens
which he occasionally uses, but there is severe vignetting unless
he is at full telephoto.
When I spoke to him a few days ago, I asked if he ever dabbles in
35mm film. He said only on rare occasions, and that it makes him
appreciate the convenience of digital even more. I asked him if he
had a favorite brand, and he said he loves all brands. "Yea, I
will gather all the makers into my bosom, blessed are those that
seek the perfection of God. They have gained favor in mine eyes."
He also mentioned something about an apocalypse at hand? Whatever
that means. Sometimes he does ramble on.
Anyway, just thought I'd help clear this up.
First, one has to ask, does Jesus really need a camera? I think so.
Film or digital? That is a tough one, but I think Jesus is up with
the times, so I'd guess digital. Compact or SLR? I think he'd
prefer an SLR, but there is really no place to carry one in a robe,
so he'd probably have to settle for a prosumer model, probably the
G2, cause it has a snappy sounding name
I dunno, but I'll bet he would get great battery life regardless
which camera.
