~ Canon TC-DC58 1.5x Tele-Converter Lens and Canon Pro 90 IS

I read somewhere that this 1.5x tele-converter was not recommended for use with the Pro 90 IS. However, it is recommended for the Canon G1…with the proper adapter.

If this not for the Pro 90 IS…why? Both lens and camera agree on 58mm threading. It would seem a natural fit.

Yes, it would fit, but you would get extreme vignetting, cause the inner lens is as small as the G1's lens, not as large as the outer lens of the TC-DC58. So you'll need the Olympus B-300 for the Pro90, that works fine as Matthias often demonstrates with his insect shots here in the forum.
