Sample E1 Pics from my home town!

Just curious - where is this location? You never mentioned where it is and you may want to watch the compositions a bit because many of the images do not have a level look to them (I've really got to watch this when I took photos because I tend to do this alot).

 
New York City. First two look like they were taken from the Jersey shore. Second is on the West Side a few blocks above the trade center site. Not sure of the last one.
Am I right? Do I win a prize? :)
 
The location is in NYC.

Some of the picture are not level because I was in the middle of the harbor on a Circle Line Cruise taking the pictures.
