Where to buy Photoshop CS2 Legally

I was just about to go to Comp USA and but PS CS2 for 649.99 but I read some posts basically saying I would be wasting my $$$ Anyone have some legit places I should explore?

Do you have Elements or any version of Photoshop, if so you can upgrade.

I bought CS2 for $175 from RTek Systems. It was an upgrade from a student version of CS I bought for $160.

I have no Photoshop whatsoever...all I have is NC 4.3.1 and jasc paintshop pro studio 1.0

Follow everything in the post - esp. contacting the seller and adobe before buying....

IF you qualify for an academic purchase (I did simply because I have a daughter in elementary school), you can purchase the FULL educational version of Photoshop CS2 for 289.95 or the FULL educational version of Creative Suite 2 for 389.95 and be totally legit!
