Where to buy A2

Does anybody know a company still having A2 for sale? I'd like to upgrade my A1.

Try MicroCenter. But you may have to call the individual stores. They were running an instore sale a couple weeks ago, and A1/A2 both were on the list.

You could try eBay too - there's usually some refurbs on there, and you can get some good deals on second hand ones.

i might be eBaying mine in a couple of weeks.. if i do, it would be with a BP-400. both in excellent condition.

Does anybody know what is meant with "refurbished"? Is there a standard to wich the camera has to be repaird or is it just a slogan?

I don't know where you are located but I bought an A2 10 days ago at Zeff Photo Supply in Belmont, Massachusetts (a near suburb of Boston). I got the same price as the A200 so I'm guessing that they are getting rid of their remaining inventory.

From reading this and other forums I have not noticed any complaints about KM refurb A2s; everyone seems quite happy. You get a warranty so that you can confirm you are happy with the unit.

As another poster mentioned, there are always A2s on eBay. Mine may be there in a month...I haven't decided yet...the A2 is really a "one-of-a-kind" camera and I really recommend buying one. I have enjoyed the original 7, the A1, and the A2. I still have both of the Ax units.
