Hi!
I've read a lot posts on this forum about problems with 1GB cards of different makes when used in Canon S2 IS. Kingston, Sandisk, Twinmos and some other brands where cousing problems. There were various suggestions as of the true origin of the problem, some pointing to the S2 mishandling SD when used with depleted batteries.
Now, my question is what Canon officially say about this problem. It quite clearly looks like it is certainly a problem with S2, not with the cards itself. Is there going to be a firmware update released or there is more serious design problem in all S2's?
