New Sony - D7 competition?

So what you just said is that anytime someone answers one
of Gonzo's BS E-10 ads, that that gives you the right to
run an Oly ad here also, that anyone that disagrees with you is
wrong, and that important people you know of agree with
you. Hahahahahahahahaha!
I stated that the only pro I knew that was using the E-10
had made a statement about the image quality quite openly.
He had not posted anything here at that time, and I don't
read the Sony forum, so it would be hard for me to be
responding to that, since he had not done it yet. Yes, I
respect the fact that he posted what he posted, and had the
self knowledge to know he was being a troll, and was quite open
about it. You don't seem to have the same self realization
tho. I have a life. I don't have to go to other camera forums
and run adds for my equipment. I do not need to steal time
from others lives, as mine is already quite full. Try it some
time.

Yes the E-10 compares well with the D1 and the D30. Phil, in his
comparisons with the E-10 uses the D1, D30 and S1 Pro, not prosumer
cameras. In his conclusions, he categorizes the E-10 as a "4

the E-10 scored an 8 compared to the D30 and D1, other cameras in
its class. The Sony scored a 9 compared to the D7, the only other
camera in its class. I don't really understand your point here.

I think the reason that Phil gave those morons their own forum is so that they are not spilling their garbage all over the place.

actually all of the forums are better. Before the Minolta forum came along i thought the printer forum was bad but this one beats eveyrhting. But i guess you cant expect maturity and intelligence everywhere

I wasn't aware that Phil had dedicated a forum to morons - which one? I trust you're not grouping all of the contributers to this forum together. I - for one - would certainly take offense at that.

Heck I might even interpret it as an "abusive, malicious, personal attack" or were you "deliberately antagonizing other forum users by posting 'flame bait' type messages"?

Either way it's against posting rules and I'm getting pretty fed up of it - from all fecking camps

Perhaps, but I do recall similar postings about the E-10 when it came out. The Minolta forum has unfortunately attracted certain unsavory members who are (or were as the case may be) regulars of other forums. I've noticed a couple of trends / traits about them -

1. snobbishness / arrogance about either themselves or their cameras

2. perhaps feeling a little defensive about the capabilities of themselves or their cameras.
