This is the spider season here. I've found three "huge" ones indoors the past days (huge for Norway, that is, tiny compared to southern relatives). I never harm them if avoidble - I usually just catch them - gently - and park them under open sky, wishing them good luck with their spider-biz etc. Anyway: Fooled around with some i8080 pics in PSP9, and here is the result. Hopefully to the joy of spider friends like Drummer, for instance (how DO you make them sit still..) Spiders in a glass.. and then some. Click to expand

I'll declare this experiment for over ;)

The bottom weirdness was a canoe, the shape kinda matched up with the spider pic.

or rather in the glass. I never thought of that.

I do like these. They are more than just spider shots. Your bordering pictures and PP give just enough interest and compliment the spiders. Pretty cool.

As far as keeping them still...I line them up and say "Listen!" I shoot the ones that listen. :)

Thanks for looking. As for the "Listen" trick: When I try that, they seem to interpret it as "jump and run for your life". Perhaps it's because I say it in norwegian. Hmm. I'll try english next time.
