A lovely afternoon with grandgrandmother

Yes you are a very lucky granddad, Adrian. And so is grandmother,
too. You've really outdone yourself on this series; those gorgeous
blue eyes of the children would melt a snowman in the dead of
winter. Your are, indeed, a very lucky granddad, Adrian, and keep
pix like those coming.

I'm sure you used bounce flash for some of these or all of them
probably. Lighting and color contrast is as pro as I have seen it.
Well done.
Yes I used my double construction. Please be aware that the elastic should be a bit lower. Thanks for your supporting comment!

Made me remember how i had same "meetings" with my grandfather...
It was just woodwork or some technical fixing or building instead
of greeting cards but these are indeed unforgetable moments that
contribute to a child immensely more than just that particular
thing he is doing.
Yep, now that you say so I remember the few times I had with my granddad and later my father, who was a carpenter. Golden moments.
Thanks for stopping by and sharing your thoughts about this.

I'd say that was a very well-spend mothersday .
You did a very lovely little serie with your camera !
Thanks, my friend, bow, bow!
I was surprised to see the tablecloth was kept on the table as the
children were working with sand and glue.
I tell you that my mom is very generous in these kind of things. Sometimes the cloth goes in the washing machine and that's it. BTW no glue for the kids because it was self glue paper. You pull of the part which needs to have the sand and work part by part. My mom already cut the shapes with her mould.

email at last successfully transmitted. Unfortunately you may get two despite the first one saying it failed due to IP. Sorry to clutter your inbox with such large files (if you get two)!

so lovely series Sophie is really cooprative
well any PS processing is 828 nice cam for my dad field work im
beniding toward 717 but 828's design is very cool is noise level on
828 at iso 100 deadly or workable if not using neat image ?
thanks
In my experience the noise level is esp. a problem when the exposure is not OK. So shooting in 100 can be done but the exposure should be quite perfect. For my taste you would need always a noisefilter like neat image. But this depends what your expectations are. I'm a bit of perfectionst maybe :)

Wonderful pics but if your going to embed multiple pics into your message please put a warning in the subject line.We dont all have high speed access with the internet :( Thanks.
On mothersday my wife went to see her mother. So what did I do? :)
And for a change I brought two of our grandchildren. So you can say
we had a 4 generation meeting though my daughter took some time
off. "Don't hurry, dad, take your time, big grin", read "stay away
for a couple of hours". So here is what we did. All pictures shot
with 828 f32x with diffuser.

Wonderful outing, very good photos, and a marvellous family! You
are indeed a lucky man, and also a generous one to share your
experiences with us.
Well you know it's my pleasure. I like to share things cause I believe in sharing. If everybody does this we get back the same amount or even more. Thanks for your nice reply!
