I felt compelled to post these shots, just for the UZI.

I was requested to be the main photographer for my sis-in-law cozy marriage ceremony and beach shots. The place was a beach oat hut with dark wood and yellow lights. Lighting conditions were not favourable. In my opinion, challenging to white balance and the event schedule means handheld under this slightly dim lighting. Tripod setup will be too slow.

As the host wanted to blow up the pics to A4 size later. I decided to use back my non-digital EOS 100D with 22-80mm lens for its wide coverage and a good SIGMA flash for covering the event proper and people. The host also got me an Oly C5050z.

Another guy shooting was carrying a Oly C750uz and Sony DSC-W5.

But still I brought along my uzi, just in case. I am so glad that I did.

What the host did not tell me was there was a candles lit little canopy setup for the simple ceremony.

The flash from all the cams ensure well-illuminated shots. However, only the uzi shots fully captured the ambience show below:

I agree that the 2nd shot is bit soft but I cannot be sure it was due to handshake or out of focus because after just 2 more shots, I realize the uzi was not focusing probably due to low battery although I did not get a low battery signal until another few more shots. There is however another sharper and closer shot the champagne but the host actually like this one better.
