Maybe a stupid question, but what's the difference between PSCS, PSE, PS 6.0 (or 7.0) in terms of post processing pictures?

I know PSE 3.0 and PSCS2 can do RAW (right?), but apart from that is there a big difference in quality (or anything else) with the PS 6.0. It just seems that nobody uses the latter (the one I have), so I wondered if there was a reason.

Cheers

I recommend you read the user comments on the PS7 & PSCS upgrades at Amazon.com.

There's a world of difference between PS6 and PSCS. I suspect the reason nobody still uses PS6 is because they've found enough reasons in the PS7 or PSCS upgrades to leave PS6 behind.

Similar to why you don't find a lot of people still running Windows 98 or Mac OS 9.

If you're still running PS6, you'll get a BUNCH for your money if you buy the PSCS2 upgrade.
