Show us your MOST PROFESSIONAL-LOOKING shot!!

First of all, for the originator of this thread, welcome to the club. I still have my first pair of "ears" that I used in med school. I still have a set around my neck 12 hours a day!!!

Here's a pic that one of my nurses will be using as a baby anouncement

Here are three of mine, the rose has possibilities in advertising and the lake reminds me of postcards I've seen while the fly fisherman could be part of an outoors catalog. Comments and constructive criticism welcome.
BTW, I get my 20D Wednesday! Currently lurking with a 300D.

More of a test than a good example (better to come). This one from an old web gallery that never got off the ground (just a college HTML project). Think this was with my old D30 !

Hi people.

In recent times I've tried to start photo threads that I hoped
would reach 150 photos.. Like 'show us your old camera' for example
  • which attracted 1 reply!!
This time I'd like to really get something going.

The theme is PROFESSIONAL-LOOKING shots! This means the shots that,
if shown to anyone, would make them believe it was done by a
working pro. Thus it would make sense for only amateurs to post
pics.

I got some shots like that today. See them at
http://www.pbase.com/ezekiel20/recent

And here's my entry. It's my stethoscope (I'm a first year in med
school in Sydney), which I don't really know how to use yet..
Listened to an ICU patient's lungs with 'crepitations' last week at
my hospital..

(Hope I can get this thread going.. will BUMP up in 12 hours if
there is no response!!).

Regards

Duran Duran Concert in Kelowna BC, Canada on March 8, 05. Shot from just right of second row.

Canon G3 ~ RAW ~ ISO100 ~ 1/60-1/50s ~ F2.0-3.0

I was so very pleased at how many of my shots from the show came out. You can see the rest of them here: http://www.pbase.com/absurd_username/duran_duran_kelowna

Thinking about it now I should probably have used ISO200 and faster shutter speed, then cleaned up with noise ninja afterwards ~ what do you think?.
