Good question. I am looking into buying one of those also. I have a DReb and its way too much camera for me so I am thinking about selling it.
What are the best prices currently on both from a reputable store ?

If the Dreb is too much camera for you skip the Pro1. The Pro1 is more serious and has a few more capabilities and the money would be wasted.

i just bought a g6 from butterfly photo for 486 (plus 12.40 for shipping). beach camera was selling one for 485 but then jacked up their price to 499 last night. check resellerratings or nextag for the best prices. they also include the shops reputations. take it with a grain of salt though; a lot of stores give themselves good reviews just to boost their ratings. but apparently beach camera, buydig, and butterfly are pretty decent.

Perhaps the poster means it is too large a camera? I think the Pro1 is worth considering because of its amazing 28-200mm zoom lens. I have had one for a few months now and I love it more every time I use it.

Oops! That could be the case. I didn't even think of that because when most people that say it's "too much" mean that it's too complicated for them.
