(For what it's worth), just got this reply to my order inquiry yesterday.
Dear Ms. ------- ,
Thank you for contacting Dell Customer Care. I still see that
although delayed, the order still can ship by 7-2. If we cannot
get the item from one vendor, we can get it from another to meet
the estimated date of shipping.
Once again, I apologize and truly regret any inconvenience or
frustration this matter may have caused. We value you as our
customer and your satisfaction is very important to us.
