Why are you asking this question? Do you want to know if you can use the same batteries? (yes). Do you want to know if the electric powered battery pack from the D60 will fit in the 10D? (yes).

I am asking coz I need to replace my D60 battery door. I lost it. Friend of mine has an extra 10d battery door. wanna know if it its before I take it.
I know all the power accessories are same for both the cameras including the grip.

If he's a friend of yours then why not just try it out and see, and return it to him if it doesn't work? That would seem to be the simple and practical solution. Or if he isn't near you, go to a camera store and see if the door would be interchangeable. I can only comment for sure on the D60 and 20D cameras that I own.

I don't know about the D60, but I do know the door on my D30 fits my 10D.
I thought the D30 and D60 are the same body with internal improvements.
