Here's a picture I have taken with the E-1 + FL-50 + OM Vivitar 90/2,8 macro at almost 1:1.



Below is a 100% crop.

(I shoot it in jpg 1/8 so there are some articfacts at 100%)



If someone is interested: This is a Drosera platypoda , a carnivorous sundew endemic to Australia. It grows underground tubers to survive the dry summers. Plant in cultivation.

I'm assuming that you used an 4/3rds adapter ring. I have an OM 50 1.8 that I use with an adapter ring on an E-1 in camera manual mode and my flash on Auto TTL with great results. How did you manage your lighting on the flower shot? It's wonderful.

Beautiful shot. That is a good lens, I've had one for years and it is the reason that I hung onto my OM stuff.

Thank you for sharing the pic. These kind of pictures, especially of things I have never seen & places I have never been, are why I am here (and why ended up with current camera setup;).
