I've used both, and Noise Ninja is superior because NeatImage is
SLOW. Noise Ninja does the same job in a fraction of the time.

As much as I love Neatimage the tests seem to prove beyond doubt that Noise Ninja is the best

standalone and plug-in versions, including a free "community"
version.
The advanced versions have an interesting sounding feature:
