Please criticize this pic. I've replaced the white background for this one.
Calibrated monitor guys, please tell me if the tones seems natural for you.

The tones look ok to me, but it looks like the highlights are blown out. Especially on the face and the right.

As far as color goes, it is fine. Calibrated this morning on
my Mac 20" monitor.
