CoolPix 4500 Guide to Digital Photography is in Chinese!?!?!

I just got my new Nikon CoolPix 4500 today from UPS. I have a problem that I hope someone has a cure for. That is that the Guide to Digital Photography that came with it is in Chinese, even though it came with a USA warranty and a US power cord for the battery charger. Incidentally, the camera has a red grip (European), instead of a blue one (USA). I kinda prefer the red, but that means my manual is useless. Anybody know how to get one in English?? Forget about going to Nikon... been there, tried that.

--A U.S. registered owner can get a manual online for free from Nikon. You can try eBay, sometimes people sell manuals only. Also, there is a good book by Dennis Curtin on the 4500.Some people feel it's better than the manual. You can get used copies at ABE Books. Here is the link...

Your sure that your camera has a USA warrantry, from Nikon USA?
It sounds grey market. If it was fron Nikon USA why
does it have a red grip? Why is the Guide in Chinese?

which store did you purchase the 4500 from ??
