--Yeah... that would be under Tools > Internet Options > Advanced >for http headers
do a search in the open forum on http headers, this problem is
discussed a lot, but since i don't exp it myself, i don't remember
the exact cause / fix

scroll down to HTTP 1.1 settings and both boxes should be checked.
first is use HTTP 1.1 next would be use HTTP 1.1 through proxy
connections at least that's the it is in 2000 Pro.
