Need Help - Movie file

When you run SD viewer, at the bottom, there are some "buttons"
which let you filter what you want to see on the thumbnails. I
don't have the program running in front of me, but as far as I
remember, there are at least these available: ALL, TIFF, JPEG,
MOV. If you have JPEG highlight, you'll only see the first image
of the movie. When you copy the files over to your hard drive, I
assume the JPEG button was highlighted, and only the image was
copied. Try to select MOV, and you'll probably see the movie there.

But based on what your saying I will change SD Viewer to highlight
ALL and re download. My guess is I I've inadvertly selected jpeg
files only.

I hope you haven't delete the file from your SD card. You can
still copy it from the card to your hard drive if that's the case.
