HELP whcc ftp issues

I have been using Smart FTP and whcc for some time but tonight I am having trouble keeping the connection to them. Anyone else having problems ?

Once the connection closes I have to delete what was sent and start all over. How can I fix this ??? Thanks !!

had no problems with them. Just uploaded this a.m. Give 'em a call. I'm not sure if Kelly, Phillip or any others will know if WHCC is having technical problems with their FTP side though. You never know how information within an organization is passed down.....

I will ad though, they are very helpful, and always willing to look into things for you.

Kelcey at WHCC (1-800-252-5234) was able to talk me thru the multi-layered options menus in WSFTP to an obscure selection that resolved a problem I was having once. I think you'll find them quite able to help.

Hi,

I've never used any FTP programs. Just open your browser and type in the address. A login pop up will come up. Done.

If that doesn't work, give them a call.

Update : I downloaded WSFTP (30 day trial) last night 1am and it worked great. I think SmartFTP (free version) get a little quirky when you don't purchase the program (supposed to be free for personal use).

I do not want to pay $60 for WSFTP so I think I'll try the IE method mentioned. Thanks for the comments.
