*** New Challenge C20 - SCULPTURES...

I removed the 'Butterfly' from the Exhibition gallery and replaced it with an ostrich:

I also added a Turkish rock formation:

I don't tend to get out much, so sculptures are hard to find... but if you look hard enough, they don't have to be man made. Just uploaded my entry "Insecreation".

I've actually got something relevant to the competition :D

Only exhibition pictures mind; but fairly recent.

Only my second entry to an MTF comp. Given how lousy a photographer I am, I'm happy with this one.

The bronze woman was rather rough in her appearance, so I decided to accentuate this aspect and shot her at noon in the harshest direct sun. Looking up into the shadows of her large bumpy surface. Knocking out the background made her stand out, to show off her angle. Well, at least that was the plan.

We'll let the voters decide- although I'm far less passionate about this election than the one on Tuesday.

Hi Luis,

I noticed your entreis in the competition gallery. There is no indication of the date the pictures were taken. In competition gallery this is necessary, since the date is one of the eligibility criteria. Also include the camera model (in competition it MUST be a [Konica] Minolta )

Otherwise I will have to move them to the exhibiiton gallery

Shortly after posting in Challenge 17, my dad passed away. Therefore, I've been unable to participate since then. I wanted to explain why I didn't vote after posting in C17.

On my return, I'm posting the following "memorial type of photo". It also seems appropriate to the upcoming Remembrance Day in Canada.
