The beste digicam for studio/model photography?

I looking for a good digicam for model-photography inside a studio. I want to spend about $2000,-. And is has to be at least 3 MP.

Sounds like you're in the market for an Olympus E-10, though you should take a look at the Canon G1. I've had excellant results even under poor lighting conditions, and using RAW and ISO 50 the images are very clean.
