Is ZeroDelivery.com a reliable site?

I'm looking at the Olympus C3040, and other cameras, and ZeroDelivery.com seems to have the best price on the Oly. Is this a reliable store, or a scam? Particularly, like so many NY shops, do they play the accessory game or other games with shipping?

I bought my DC4800 from them because they had the best price, no shipping and of course no tax for Maryland. They called me to confirm and yes did sell me an extra battery which I needed anyway and let me haggle about price. Camera was here in two days. I would certainly do business with them again.

I ordered the C-3040 4/30/01. I called the next morning to verify & change my shipping address. They did a sales talk for overpriced accesories, which I turned down. The site said "order confirmed" 2 days later & had my new shipping address. 5 days later I emailed, & they responded the next day, sayihg my order was "allocated" and should "ship soon". 7 days later, my credit card still is not charged. I will call them this morning.

This is starting to sound like "no accesory purchase=no ship"

Don't know if it helps, but a co-worker of mine ordered the Kodak 4800 from them that was supposed to ship with a 64mb card. When it arrived, it only had the 16mb card. He called them and (to make a long story short) he got the 64mb card the other day. The bonus here is that he got to keep the 16mb card. I saw your note and asked him if he would buy from them again and his answer was a resounding 'No'.

It's not a scam, but it does not appear to be a reliable store either.
