Is there any way (as in PTE) where one can just select ramdon and the transitions automatically load in instead of choosing each one individually. Thanks

Brian,

Right click anywhere in the show, select randomize and pick transitions. You can also randomize motion effects and even the order of the slides.

Brian wrote Thanks for the reply Yes but doesn't that only affect the one slide - I would like to randomise 287 slides in one foul swoop PtE allows you to do this. Brian

Brian,

Just "Shift-Click last slide, in other words, highlight all slides and then go to randomize. It'll set all transitions randomly.

Thanks Dan I just found that out I went to edit-,select all-. randomise- many thanks but one more question please. Where can I find a way to alter the time each slide is shown - I need to increase by 2 seconds Thanks

Below each slide there is a number that represents seconds. Change that number to change the time each slide is shown. Below each transition there is a number. Change that number to change how long the transitions is.

Below each slide is a box with the amount of time it will be displayed. Highlight all slides again, on one of them, click on the time box and increase the value by 2 seconds. When you hit enter, all of the slide times should change.
