Seems you guys so happy for Mamiya launch their DB/Cam. 22mp; Its
the same main stream 22mmp chips neither K or D. SO I don't know
when the real products can down to earth. (Its not worth to made
same size ratio 22mp chips oneself especially both K & D will soon
launch their next 7um 33mp chips soon.)
I don't want to wait this Back just like their AF 26mm.
When posting I was thinking about a sentence about prices in Europe vs. the US - but being European I was so demoralized I didn't do it... ;-))Usually we of the dollar persuasion usually get a break (I think12,315.18 USD at today's conversion rate according toExactly how much in U.S. $$$ is $10K Euro?

Japan feels sorry for us because Europeans get six weeks of
vacation and a lot of us over here wouldn't know what a vacation
was if it bit us), and $10,000 (or $9,995) sounds good, so I
suppose that'll be the price. If so, that's a deal. Now if they
just made a Tilt Shift Lens.

--One little glitch for those of us in the U.S. is that Mamiya
America is in partnership with Creo in Leaf. The Mamiya rep said
yesterday that it was possible they may not import these Mamiya
products!!..EC
Not that they have much choice; all the latest sensors at 17MP and 22MP for medium format are 4:3 aspect ratio; the only other option bigger than 35mm frame size is a 16MP square from Kodak. And it's a 4/3 ratio camera ! Bravo Mamiya !

"Full Frame RGB square-structured 48 x 36 mm CCD"
Doesn't 645 mean 6cm x 4.5 cm, in which case this is not "full
frame" for a 645?

I thought "Medium Format" was defined as anything larger than 24mm x 36mm and smaller than 4 inches x 5 inches, and excluding some very old Kodak films in that size range?:-O
Really, hard to call it "Medium Format". It does take lenses from
what was a "medium format" system, but the 48mmx36mm size is....
well??
And you should know there will another RZ-D for fully connect to the back and that can full use the shutter speed. Those MF do not have electric contacts will remain higher speed as 1/60 only, man. However, it doesn't appear so. At least I would like to use my
regular RZ lenses with the back as I have almost every one they
made.
