Electric Sam's is perfect to buy from--if you have no problems with your order. Unfortunately, I am going to purchase where I can return w/o a 15% restocking fee, which means I have to spend more. I think in the long run it will be worth it. http://www.computers4sure.com has it for $534.00. They are an Office Depot company. GIves me reassurance knowing they're affiliated w/Office Depot.

That's not what I wanted to return. I'm still waiting, a week later, for a return call. If you want to exchange something, you have to buy the other camera first, then they put you back in touch with "customer service" and then you supposedly get an RMA number. I wanted to return the XD card because I was told I needed the Olympus brand so that I could take panoramics. I was sent a Fuji brand. They do not take returns on accessories. Like I said, the place is great if you have nothing you need to exchange, return, et cetera. I went ahead and sold all my new stuff on Ebay rather than wait for Electric Sam to call me back. One of the customer service reps actually gave me some advice, to try and take the XD card back to a store around here.
