I couldn't figure out what the garnishes were. It's not something that grows around here (Switzerland) I believe. Tasted a bit like juniper though.

My wife is very understanding when it comes to food. It's actually her who is totally crazy about it :-)

No, the pictures were taken with a F601 (old, 3 MP). The archipelago region in Finland is one of the most beautiful places in the world, I've ever seen. The pictures where taken from the top of a ferry, that's why it looks almost like aerial photography :-)
