    I bought the lens and I think it's a little heavy for a walk around lens but the image quality makes it worth while. I just got back from vacation and used it a fair amount of times at f/2 and it does not disappoint. I have not processed any photos yet but can share a couple of church photos...

    Do not use 86mm filters on 28-70 f2

    That's not an L-Bracket !! Most times L-Bracket will protect the body and grip from damage and provide stability as well as a mount to which you connect a quick release strap.

    I have researched this a bit more. Ya, 86mm is a non standard so not so easy to find filters so a new plan has been adopted. Would you prefer to use a 100mm square system or use the Nisi 95mm ND kit with a NiSi SWIFT 86-95mm System Adaptor Ring. Thoughts ?

    I prefer to have the battery compartment compartment covered for two reasons. Gives my pinky a place to rest and gives the battery compartment some coverage against drops.
