    First portraits with D200

    No, that wasn't at Tsongas Arena. I wish the light would be way better. It's was at the costello gym, next to football fiel along the river.

    For a non professional gym, often it's not well lit. So I used prime lens with wide aperture, 50 1.8 and 85 1.8. A 135 f2 would be great also for tighter framing, I'll get one tomorrow :-)) Never underexpose, at iso 1600 that would make more noise.

    I shooted in jpeg large. Everything set on normal (default setting) Used photoshop for minor adjustement : level/contraste and color, the wb messed up 5-6 shots (i did about 70 shots in total). No noise reduction processing, I only do for 8*11 prints from iso 1600 pics but very light.

    d200 real world battery life

    Jpeg large lcd review on chimping like every 10 shots. So far I charged the batterie 3 times. Lenses used : 12-24 Tokina, 50 1.4 and 85 1.8 I gonna buy one spare battery, just in case. Because I would never make 400 shots in a single day.
