    Can't get PC to recognize camera??

    Thanks for your advice all. I ended up calling Olympus technical support. Only was on hold for about 5 minutes and they were a great help. Apparently the difficulty was because my scanner was hooked up. I unplugged that, put in the camera's connection there and all went well.

    Zoom out of focus on UZI??

    Have only had the camera for a week, and seem to be having zoom problems. Firstly after zooming past a certain point, my subject is out of focus and secondly the zoom itself doesn't seem to be bringing subjects in as close as they could be. What am I doing wrong?? Thanks!

    I downloaded the Camedia Master 2.0 and correctly hooked up my C2100UZ(I think) , have windows 98, but keep getting error message. is camera turned on? yes right mode setting? yes lower communication speed? have on auto change port setting? this I'm not sure of Can anyone help?? Thanks!
