Partly because some of my favorites aren't currently online. If I remember, I'll update this when they are uploaded.

Here's two of my favorites:

First, I can't explain why...but I absolutely love this picture. I have an entire series of pictures of pigeons on the sidewalk...and this one is my favorite.



Second, this one is just the most emotional picture I've ever taken:

This is my fav, not because it's my best shot, but because its the best I've gotten of my favourite bird, the Tui. The problem with Tui's is that unless you get the light hitting them right, they just look black, when in fact they have these wonderful blues and greens in their feathers.

I found this guy in a tree, and the sun had almost set but the last light was hitting him showing up all these great colours. I had to sneak up on him bit by bit as I only have a 200mm, and the low light meant I had to shoot him at ISO800.

 
nice and good lighting. it'S hard to pic one but this one maybe could do it. It is rare that a photo that has a lot of personal emotional involvement turn out good, at least for me. Usualy my favorite photos that have a more emotional impact on me are not the best, but I think this one combine both.
