DxO has announced version 3.0 of the iOS app for its 'One' connected camera. It adds support for multi-camera Facebook Live broadcasting and both time-lapse still and video capture. Android users will be pleased to hear that a One for their platform is on the way, as well. Several new accessories are available, including a battery pack.

DxO is bringing its OpticsPro software to Apple's consumer-friendly Photos software for OSX. This $10 extension for Photos gives users full access to all of DxO's Optics Modules, which can correct optical distortion and aberrations as well as improving dynamic range and removing haze from landscapes. Also introduced is a free plug-in for users of DxO's ONE camera, which offers the same features mentioned above and supports the camera's SuperRAW files. Read more.

DxO has introduced OpticsPro 10.4.2, adding Raw support for Canon's EOS 5DS and 5DS R. Also added are 789 new camera/lens combination correction profiles. Updates for DxO FilmPack and DxO ViewPoint also make those applications fully compatible with Photoshop CC 2015. Read more

DxO's latest update to its Optics Pro software, version 10.1, brings compatibility with several new camera models including the Canon EOS 7D Mark II, PowerShot G7 X and GoPro Hero4. DxO has taken the wraps off OpticsPro 10, the latest software version that brings with it, among other things, DxO ClearView for correcting atmospheric haze. Software maker DxO Labs has announced the release of DxO Optics Pro 9.5.1 for Mac, which includes support for five additional cameras. Now supported by DxO Optics Pro (Elite Edition only) are the Sony A7S, as well as (both Standard and Elite Editions) Sony Cyber-shot DSC-RX100 III and SLT-A77 II, the Nikon 1 J4, and the Samsung NX30. DxO Labs has released version 9.5 of its DxO Optics Pro software. This new release adds a non-destructive workflow that is completely integrated within Lightroom. It allows users to transfer Raw images from Lightroom cataloguer to DxO Optics Pro, process them, and then return them to Lightroom in Adobe's open DNG format. Learn more
