The Huawei Mate 9 was co-developed with Leica and features impressive still capabilities including dual rear cameras: one with a 12MP color sensor and one with a 20MP monochrome sensor. It also offers 6-axis optical IS and an F2.2 maximum aperture.  And it can even shoot Raw DNG files.

The 5.9" screen is large, pushing the device clearly into phablet territory, but all the screen real estate is convenient for composing images. Plus a bokeh simulating mode offers some cool shallow depth of field effects (jump to the end of the gallery for examples).
