Compared to... Fuji FinePix S9000 / S9500

Although the S9000's image is slightly softer than the Pro815, there seems to be little - if any - difference in the amount of detail being captured (in fact, the S9000 has measurably higher resolution in the center of the frame). That said, there's no doubt the S9000's sharpness drops off in the corners more than the Samsung (check out the watch face), which as mentioned earlier, has excellent edge-to-edge consistency. Noise is broadly similar (the S9000's low noise advantage comes higher up the ISO scale).
