This menu option alters the current shooting format. The choices
Formats marked with [custom] can be set to custom resolution / quality through the record mode setup menu.
A/S/M Exposure Mode
Auto-Exposure Lock Mode
Controls the behaviour of the AE Lock (OK) button in record mode.
Record Mode Setup Menu
The record mode setup menu allows for setup of various other record mode settings (along with some global camera settings), again navigation is performed using the jog dial and OK button (don't forget to press it once you're done changing settings or you'll lose them!)

Allows you to fine-tune the currently selected white balance by 3 steps warmer or cooler (towards red or towards blue), during the process of fine tuning you get the live preview display on the screen.
