Voigtlander Nokton Classic 35mm F1.4 is a modern manuel focus lens in M-mount with modern optics and coating, but based on and old design. The physical size and weight of the lens is clearly a design homage to the original Leica Summilux 35mm Version I/II pre-asph. Love this lens! It's cheap (in Leica-land a £400ish lens like this is regarded as cheap in the way that a 50mm F1.8 for £80 is regarded as cheap by Canon users). Not really razor sharp, but certainly sharp enough (I use the MC version), a lot of summilux shots are so sharp they look like a montage, you wont get that here, but subject separation is still good.
