I really like the images this camera produces. What I don't like are the controls. The AF system has a lot of features, but it needs quite some button pushes to go from for example AF-C flexible spot to AF-S wide to be able to use eye AF. Other than that it is a very nice camera, even after all these years.

I used to shoot RE and church services with my old a58 + kit lens. I needed a wide angle lens to shoot RE and a faster lens to shoot church services. So a friend introduced me the a6000. I borrowed it for a week, shot some RE and test it out during a church service she was also shooting at. It was love at first sight so I bought one for myself! I could just have bough new lenses, but the idea of a new camera was whispering in my ears lol. In the beggining It was quite a good camera, felt more ...

Review after almost 3 years of usage: Having used the camera for 3 years, I thought I'd give it a review. Focusing speed is very fast (with the right lenses) although compared to newer cameras it might be a bit inaccurate especially in low light. There is also 11fps mode which I use often, although the buffer fills up very quickly despite using a U3 card (the camera only writes up to U1 speed) Image quality still holds up well (again with the right lenses) Viewfinder, although of a pretty low ...

Purchased the Sony A6000 recently after reading positive reviews in this website and others. Since I was going to a wedding and hadn't yet tested taking videos with this camera, I decided to test it to see how it will come out. I didn't expect any problems as taking videos is pretty much straight forward. So I tested taking videos with it by walking inside my house. It was pretty straight forward video with out-of-the-box settings. When I looked at it on my computer I noticed two BIG problems ...

I also did a learning from each review and "how to" about this product in youtube. And guess what?? Now, i really appreciate this camera. This camera didn't stop to amaze me with every ...

I´ve got this camera in September of this year, and it is also the 1st time i bought a mirrorless camera, because in the past i have only owned DSLR´s. I bought this camera in the silver color in 2nd hand, with about 2200 shots taken and i paid about 325€/350$ for the camera with the kit lens 16-50mm, including all accessories and original box etc. For me it was a excellent deal, since the price of a new one with the kit lens here, is about 700$.- In terms of design of the camera i like it ...
